Duties

• Schedule loads, Liaise with depots and reps
• Create batch orders for bagging plant
• Liaise with bagging plant on product availability as well as production schedule
• Liaise with BU's for finalizing the planning of packing and allocation of final product
• Calculate blends and optimise BOM if needed
• Liaise with transporters, procurement, production, marketing and bagging to move material as and when required
• Map, understand and improve product flows
• Minimize working capital requirements based on the Just-in-time principle and drive best practice behaviour
• Communication to key individuals
• Network with external and internal stakeholders
