Role Title: Recovery Assistant Division

Role Summary
The Recovery Assistant assists clients with gaining insight into their illness and facilitating emotional, cognitive and behavioural changes to ensure ongoing recovery from their addiction.
Inherent Requirements
Minimum 3 years in recovery
Working experience in a treatment centre
Knowledge of CBT and DBT
Motivational interviewing
Recovery Assistant Course will be an advantage
Lived experience of the 12 steps
Driver’s licence
