RAF Litigation Secretary required in Cape Town City Centre.
Minimum Requirements:
- Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking person
- Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
- Matric / Grade 12
- Recent RAF Litigation experience at a law firm a must (Non negotiable key requirement)
- Good administration skills
- Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year employment at firm
- Currently residing in Cape Town (within daily commuting distance)
- Non smoker
- Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
- To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and typing of Road Accident Fund Litigation documents, notices and pleadings
- General administration duties (reception, filing, faxing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files, correspondence with clients in Afrikaans and English etc.)
- Travelling to Courts / Clients / Hospitals etc. when required
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant RAF experience.
