Junior Litigation Secretary – Zwartkop, Centurion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Presentable and professional (Elderly ladies with relevant experience will also be considered)
- Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
- Matric / Grade 12
- Recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must
- Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and typing of Litigation documents, notices and pleadings (Mainly Letters of demand, summonses and default judgements)
- General office administration duties (filing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files etc.)
- Client liaison in Afrikaans and English
- Reporting to Director
Salary: R12 000 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on experience).
