TEMPORARY
Quality Inspector/Controller
An EME with interests in the power generation sector is looking for experienced personnel with the below skills and qualification set:
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: R150,00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
Education:
- Quality Inspector/Controller Qualification - SAIW/IWE
- Trade Test/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Welding/Metallurgy)
- SAIW Level 1 & 2
- ISO9001 /TQM Training
- Minimum 7 Years (post training) experience with minim 3 years experience in a power station environment (on boilers, turbine, valves, fans, precips etc)
- Offsite inspections
- Must have experience in supervising and quality control of works , generation & maintenance of quality documentation (QCPs, ITP, Checklists , NCRs etc)
- Attending all meetings (quality , safety, progress etc)
- Resolving all technical issues onsite. Liaison between Client and Head Office and ensuring all matters are resolved.
- Attending to all quality and compliance issues relating to the contract.
- Onsite contract administration
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: R150,00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
Education:
- Certificate (Required)
- power station: 5 years (Required)
- Trade Test + SAIW Level 1 +2, ISO 9001 (Required)
