Public Relations Officer (Client Liaison) – Cape Town CBD.
A well-established law firm is looking for a “Public Relations Officer” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices in Cape Town, CBD. Excellent compensation package on offer and internal career advancement opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the legal or property sector
Own vehicle and used to visit / travel to clientele
Drive and enlarge the Business area within the general Cape Town, West Coast, Helderberg, Winelands region and surrounds
Communicate with clients F2F, Email, Whats App etc.
Full bilingual proficiency.
Key Performance Areas:
Generate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)
Meeting agreed-upon monthly targets
Building relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) – meet and greet
Organise client events
Attend client functions
Have a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort out any problematic cases)
Keep the Directors informed via email or personally once resolved
Ensure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are set
Ensure that all set appointments have been attended to on time
Attend to set and agreed upon performance meetings with the Conveyancer/Director
Ensure that training is provided to our clients where necessary.

Very motivated
Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in Acquiring Clients, handling Clients and Client Services;
