TEMPORARY
Project Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction as a Project Manager.
· Must have a valid driver’s license with PDP.
· Must be medically fit.
· Must have knowledge of construction methods.
· Reside near Parow Industria
· South African Citizenship
Responsibilities:
· Visit sites regularly during construction, including bid walks, reconstruction walks, in progress visits, punch walks, close-outs and attend status and coordination meetings.
· Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition.
· Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other project disruptions.
· Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
· Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
· Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
· Ensure all materials are readily available on site.
· Oversee and manage the relevant construction staff.
· Meet contractual conditions of performance.
· Review the work progress on daily basis.
· Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
· H&S Responsibilities - as per company policies.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
