Production Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Pay: Up to R60 000,00 per month
Education:
- Degree / Diploma in Food Technology / Production Management
- Must be in possession of valid drivers licence
- No criminal record
- 5 Years' experience in a Food Factory of which at least 3 years in Production Environment in Supervisory capacity
- 2 - 3 years experience on heat exchangers
- Full Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Projects, etc)
- Knowledge of Sage system
- Management & Project Management Skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Time Management Skills (must be able to meet deadlines)
- Sound knowledge of ISO & HACCAP is required
- Sound knowledge of the OHS Act
- Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal relations
- Must be able to plan, organize, delegate, control, prioritize and work under pressure
- Enforce correct and actual Policies & Procedures to increase productivity and staff effectiveness
- Ensure that all production and related matters are properly implemented and adhered to
- Improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of production sections
- Ensure that Risk & Health and Safety Policies are maintained and adhered to
- Comply with Quality, Food Hygiene as well as OHS Act
- Ensure good housekeeping & reporting
- Approve / withhold approval of Production processes
- Responsible to assist with the management of the activities in the Division(s)
- Responsible for people management and to uphold good industrial relations
Pay: Up to R60 000,00 per month

- Bachelors (Required)
- Food Factory: 5 years (Required)
