Are you someone who can:
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the nav» Wellness platform and Health Insurance products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure product offerings align with customer needs and business goals
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support regarding nav» Wellness and Health Insurance products
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Utilise insights from market analysis to inform product strategy and development, ensuring offerings remain competitive and relevant
- Aid the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a BComm degree
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience
- Have experience in market research, competitor trends, product development strategies
- Have experience in the Health and Wellness industry, specifically in the Insurance sector
