Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for employees .
ADP payroll software experience.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
Manage employee deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to process new hires, terminations, and any payroll changes.
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and generate payroll reports as needed.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
Proven experience using ADP payroll software.
In-depth knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payrolls.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
