**Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Growth:** Drive sales and revenue growth through online marketplaces.
- **Product Listing:** Create and manage product listings on various online platforms.
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- **Pricing Strategy:** Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Reports:** Generate and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
- **Marketing Collaboration:** Work with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns.
- **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain stock levels.
- **Feedback Management:** Monitor and manage customer feedback to enhance our reputation.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with online marketplace policies and regulations.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in online sales.
