Night Receptionist - Cape Town City Centre
Hotel in Central Cape Town is looking for a Night Receptionist.
- Familiar with all procedures in reception with emphasis on night audit.
- Familiar with hotel reservations procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Good telephone skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to operate within the Hotel policies and procedures in relating to Front Office.
- Able to pay particular attention to standards, operational issues, security and revenue relating to Front Office.
- Grade 12
- Formal qualification
- At least 2 - 3 years
- Fully computer literate
- Opera experience
- At least two years experience in night reception / auditing at a hotel.
