Night Auditor
A stunning boutique hotel in Summerstrand is looking for a hands on night auditor.This is a live in position and accomodation is provided.
- Assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests
- Perform end-of-day reporting and overnight front desk duties.
- Posts room taxes and charges
- Processes discounts and vouchers
- Tracks room availability and occupancy
- Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances
- Report any breach of protocol to hotel manager immediately
