To maintain and grow advertising Media Sales revenue for Ster-kinekor Theatres, by growing the media sales business and sales team, driving media offerings that include onscreen, off screen and activations within Ster-kinekor Theatres National Sales Manager Job Duties:
Achieving Set Targets
Building a strong sales team.
Driving a high-performance culture.
Ensure consistent AE performance
Effective performance tracking
An intimate understanding of each AE’s portfolio and challenges.
Building the SK Sales Brand Awareness
Educating the Trade Market
Drive effective and consistent customer engagement
Ensure a multi-level relationship with all clients
Ensure strict management of all client expenditure
Ensure that all client engagements carry an ROI and/or strategic purpose
Qualifications:
Media or Marketing Degree or equivalent study with a high level of understanding of sales, media and marketing strategy.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Media industry
2 years working at managerial level leading a high-performance sales team.
