Position: Assistant Boutique & Gallery Manager
Location: Luxury Lodge, Kruger National Park
Salary: R17,000 + Incentives

A prestigious luxury lodge in the heart of Kruger National Park is seeking a dynamic Assistant Boutique & Gallery Manager to join their team. What's on Offer:

Competitive Salary: R17,000 per month plus attractive performance-based incentives
Stunning Location: Work in one of South Africa’s most iconic and beautiful locations
Working Hours: Enjoy a balanced schedule from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

️ Manage Boutique & Gallery: Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for guests.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, providing personalized service and enhancing their overall experience.
️ Curate & Display: Assist in curating and displaying unique items and artworks that reflect the lodge’s luxury and charm.
Team Leadership: Support and motivate the team, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.

Requirements:

Flair & Enthusiasm: A vibrant personality with a flair for luxury retail and guest service.
Experience: Previous experience in a boutique or gallery setting, preferably within a luxury environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to guest interactions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage responsibilities efficiently within set working hours.
