Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and qualified MET TECHNICIAN to join our busy and thriving workshop on a full-time basis. This role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Bodyshop Directors and Paintshop Manager, you will be working closely with our panel, MET and paint technicians teams. You will play a key role within our dynamic team, delivering high quality workmanship to our valued customers by ensuring their vehicles receive exceptional care throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Repair a variety of multi -brand retail and commercial vehicles with a strong focus on high-quality standards
• Employ the latest technology and procedures for effective repairs
• Collaborate with the entire workshop team to ensure efficient repair processes and quick turnaround times
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all repair work
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a qualified MET Technician
Essential skills:

• Excellent MET skills
• Exceptional command and knowledge of working on EV, current repair procedures, technology and tooling
• Possess a keen eye for attention to detail
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Manufacturer Technical Certified Training: Advantageous but not mandatory (higher pay for candidates with this qualification)
