Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? Join us in an exciting role as a Key Account Manager with a safari-inspired luxury lifestyle brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in our B2B retail division, managing sales and operations for our lodge partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for selected B2B lodge partners, ensuring exceptional communication and support.
- Provide consultancy to clients, facilitating a smooth ordering process by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the Senior Key Account Manager to process and authorize sales orders.
- Generate quotes, request payments, and ensure timely payment receipt from clients.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and track delivery progress to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the distribution of items to various B2B entities in collaboration with our admin and stores team.
- Assist with site visits to retail clients as needed.
- Matric Pass is essential; a tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Proficient in administrative functions and data management, with financial acumen.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Bonus: Interest in African design and interiors; familiarity with Canva design software.
- Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit, possess a valid driver’s license, and have access to own transport.
