What You’ll Be Doing: As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for B2B lodge partners—ensuring smooth communication, handling orders, and overseeing product deliveries. From liaising with clients to coordinating with suppliers, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage communication with B2B lodge clients, from orders to product updates
✔️ Process and approve sales orders
✔️ Ensure payments are received and place orders with suppliers
✔️ Coordinate distribution with the admin and stores team
✔️ Support the Senior Key Account Manager with operational duties
✔️ Assist with site visits when required
Skills & Experience Required: ✔️ Matric Pass (essential)
✔️ Tertiary qualification (preferred)
✔️ Experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication, admin, and data management skills
✔️ Ability to multitask, juggle responsibilities, and meet deadlines
✔️ Financial acumen & cost control
✔️ Computer literate with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
✔️ Bonus: Interest in African design/interiors + Canva experience
✔️ Valid driver’s license & own transport
Salary: R18,000 - R20,000 gross per month
Location: Hoedspruit
