Italian Customer Support Agent
We are currently recruiting Customer Support Agents in the Helderberg Area.
We are a Helderberg-based contact center, servicing a wide client base worldwide and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.

Requirements:
Italian language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Strong communication skills
Understanding of the principles of customer interaction
Strong desire to work as part of a team
Time management skills
Attention to Detail
Typing and language test will have to be completed
Own transport to and from Somerset West
Zendesk and BPO experience is beneficial
Working Hours ( Mon to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 - alternating shifts)
Job Type: 3 Month Contract
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
