Welder
An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is looking for an energetic, sharp, committed,
dedicated and disciplined professional to join their team.
The following are the minimum requirements:
· N3 Certificate in Engineering or related field.
· Artisan Trade Test certification.
· SAIW Welding Inspector Level 2 certification.
· Qualifications in accordance with ISO 9606-1:2012: Fusion weld
· Minimum of 5 years of welding experience in relevant industries (Eskom, Sasol, mining, bulk materials handling).
· Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Conduct quality inspections of welds and completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
· Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
· Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

· Proficient in various welding techniques and equipment.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
