Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a luxury boutique hotel, with expertise in the Semper System.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without micro-management.
- Skilled in producing financial reports and month-end reconciliations.
- Background in 5-star hospitality standards.
- Honest, proactive, and forward-thinking, with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience driving ancillary services, particularly in paddle sports and spa operations.
- Preferred candidates: Single professionals, though families are also welcome.
