Requirements
- Relevant B Degree / B.Tech
- Computer Literacy
- 5 – 6 years relevant experience
- A valid Code EB driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
- Initiates, Manages and drives the successful delivery of complex,
cross cutting CRU Programmes and Projects across the projects life
cycles whilst ensuring alignment and coordinates CRU Programmes
and Projects executed per Phase, in accordance with policies and
procedures.
- Researching and analyzing of current and future requirements with
respect to CRU initiatives i.e. needs analysis, questionnaires, etc.
- Identifying and prioritizing of areas for CRU upgrading
- Procuring of services for CRU major maintenance programmes and
project, by: ensuring the procurement of qualitative service for CRU
major maintenance programmes and projects.
- Issuing of letters of award for consultancy and construction projects
- Identifying and escalating delays in the procurement process to the
Supply Chain Manager.
- Monitor and tracking projects, by: ensuring proper compliance with
CRU programme and project finance requirements.
- Projecting and updating projects cash flow.
- Issuing budget status reports (actual vs. budget) to Housing Finance
Directorate.
- Development and initiation of CRU programmes and projects by:
ensuring that all CRU operational projects are aligned with
operational requirements and demands.
- The planning of CRU programmes and projects by: ensuring
structured planning of all CRU operational projects including the
obtaining of approvals thereof.
- Manage the implementation CRU programmes and projects by
ensuring the effective implementation of CRU programmes and
projects.
- Manages and controls outcomes associated with utilization,
productivity, and performance of personnel within the Section by:
ensuring a climate conducive to promoting and sustaining
motivational levels, productivity, performance and improving the
