World Class Ultra luxury 5* Boutique Hotel Natal Midlands
Must have been a General Manager for a World Class 5* property for at least 5 years - not a deputy Manager or any other Manager
Dynamic GM to lead this ultra luxurious Hotel.
6 to 7 years Hotel Management experience in Ultra luxury Hotels.
A Proven track record of world class ultra luxury 5* retreats / Boutique Hotels with contactable references.
Strong overall Hotel Managerial experience required - Strong Food & Beverage combined with Rooms Division skills required - Overseeing monthly & yearly Financials
including budgets & stock control.
HR department including training.
Strong computer skills - Semper reservation / POS and Microsoft Office experience are required.

- Must have a fundamental understanding of hotel-related finances and financial reports
- The GM will therefore be responsible for the Hotel's profitability and account directly to the owner.
You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with various departments to drive revenue, manage expenses, and enhance guest satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and customer-focused approach will be crucial in achieving goals.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel 's operations, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, Reservations, Entertainment, Fleet and Food & Beverage.
