Job Advert Summary

Our client is looking for a Enrolled Nurse (EN) to work at a General Practitioner Practice (11 GP’S) in Roodepoort in the Gauteng. This is a permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07h00 to 19h00 ( as per shift roster) Friday’s 07h00 to 18h00 (as per shift roster) Saturdays 08h00 to 13h00 Sundays 08h00 to 13h00

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant nursing qualifications and up to date registration as an Enrolled Nurse with SANC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
• Previous experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
• Proficient in clinical procedures, including injections and blood draws.
• Familiarity with ECG equipment and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to patients.
• Follow instructions and ensure proper techniques are followed.
• Draw blood samples, demonstrating knowledge of various tube colors and their uses.
• Conduct resting and stress ECGs, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Handle emergencies effectively, responding to all types of medical situations.
• Administer intravenous (IV) drips and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing nurse epaulettes while on duty
