Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest feels special from check-in to check-out. Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel
Expertise in front desk operations, reservations, and financial transactions
Proficient in Semper Hotel Management Software
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest complaint resolution skills
Hospitality hours commitment
Duties:
Supervise the reception team, ensure accurate bookings, manage payments
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
Maintain guest data, manage debtors, and ensure seamless day-end reports
