Managing food & beverage stock control and suppliers like a boss
Delivering exceptional guest service – making them feel like royalty
Leading, training, and motivating the Guest Delight Service Team
Ensuring the Dining Room, Boma, and Bars run smoothly – think impeccable service, lush surroundings, and unforgettable moments ✨
What you bring to the table
Hospitality or Lodge Management Diploma
3-5 years of F&B experience in a 5-star environment
Menu development & culinary flair
Strong leadership and people management skills
Guest-focused, solution-driven, and a natural motivator
A passion for African cuisine, fine wines, and trend-setting menus
