F&B Manager - Eastern Cape

A small 4* hotel is looking for a F&B manager with the following requirements - DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED and you are required to provide contactable references from your last two employers : -

Degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a similiar environment.
Must be proficient on Opera
Strong admin skills, Operations skills and Time management skills.
The role involves overseeing all departments - So must have a high level working knowlege of Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Front Office as well as Food & Beverage.
Experienced on platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
Exceptional Food & Beverage AND Banqueting knowledge.
Strong understanding of Labour Law and Disciplinary procedures.
A passion for training staff
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must agree to background and credit check.
Shift work - 6 days a week
