Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, creating and updating menus in collaboration with the chef, maintaining inventory and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and controlling costs to meet budgetary requirements. You will also be responsible for staff training and development, ensuring the team delivers consistent, top-quality service in both the restaurant and bar areas.
