We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at our luxury lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience, from menu planning and food preparation to service and presentation. You will manage the kitchen and service teams, ensuring that all food and drinks are prepared to the highest standards and delivered with impeccable service.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, creating and updating menus in collaboration with the chef, maintaining inventory and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and controlling costs to meet budgetary requirements. You will also be responsible for staff training and development, ensuring the team delivers consistent, top-quality service in both the restaurant and bar areas.
