Duty/Hospitality Manager | Luxury Lodge | Limpopo

Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Duty Manager / Hospitality Manager for a 5-Star Luxury Game Lodge!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure every guest enjoys a tailor-made experience through personalized interactions.
Manage the Guest Delight Division, overseeing seamless dining services and creating unforgettable moments.
Lead the Beverage Control Division, implementing efficient stock management and maintaining high standards.
Inspire and develop the Guest Delight Service Team, fostering a culture of excellence and guest care.
Collaborate with various departments to exceed guest expectations and maintain smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a flair for guest interaction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Passionate about food and wine, with a proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences.
Minimum 3-5 years of hospitality management experience in a luxury lodge environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management.
Beverage knowledge and strong administrative skills.
Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.

Package: Negotiable Monthly Salary, Live-in Position with Meals, Pension Fund, Staff Lodge Nights, Work Cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off, 15 Days Annual Leave
