Client Service Coordinator Job Overview The Client Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager by focusing on customer communication, team coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction at Eco Logic Heat Pumps & Solar. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Communication o Inform clients about their scheduled installation dates and times o Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns o Send out emails to clients where installations have been completed o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process 2. Team Coordination o Schedule installation teams efficiently o Ensure installation teams have completed all necessary paperwork, including picking slips o Conduct regular tool checks and vehicle inspections to maintain equipment readiness 3. Administrative Support o Maintain accurate records of installations, client communications, and team schedules o Assist in preparing reports for the Operations Manager on installation progress and client feedback o Help develop and maintain client service best practices and documentation o Follow up each week on servicem8 to ensure that all jobs were attended to and reschedule those that need scheduling. 4. Quality Assurance o Conduct post-installation check-ins to ensure all work meets Eco Logic's high standards o Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement o Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement service quality enhancements 5.
