Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager and Level 3 Full Trails Guide couple for a prestigious 5-star luxury game lodge located in the stunning Kalahari, Northern Cape.
Position: Camp Manager & Level 3 Full Trails Guide Couple
Location: Kalahari, Northern Cape
Salary: Will be discussed during interview
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant luxury lodge experience in similar positions

Relevant qualifications:
- Guide: FGASA NQF4 & Lead Trails
- Previous experience as a camp manager at a five-star property
- Experience in East Africa is highly relevant and preferred

Camp Manager:
- Overseeing daily operations of the camp
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Managing staff and maintaining high standards of service
- Financial management and reporting

Level 3 Full Trails Guide:
- Leading and conducting guided safari tours
- Ensuring guest safety and providing informative, engaging wildlife experiences
- Maintaining and managing trail equipment
- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- Live-in position with accommodation provided
- Opportunity to work in a renowned luxury game lodge in a breathtaking location
