Camp Manager Northern Cape
JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with a High-End Exclusive 5* Bush Camp in the Northern Cape, who are currently looking for a highly experienced and guest centric CAMP MANAGER to join their team.

Requirements and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
- It is imperative to have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a high-end bush lodge environment.
- Sound knowledge of Camp/Lodge operations both BOH and FOH.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring SOP’s.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Stock inventory and stock management skills essentials.
- Previous experience on PMS and POS systems essential, knowledge of PANSTRAT would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional eye for detail, extremely guest centric and passion for delivering World Class Service. Fine-Dining experience is non-negotiable.
- Strong leadership, delegation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
