Boutique Hotel Maintenance Manager, Natal Midlands (CD24936)
Busy Boutique Hotel and Venue in need of an Experienced Maintenance Manager
- Previous experience in similar position in a hotel, lodge or guesthouse essential
- Good communication skills to manage a diverse team
- Hands on approach with good handyman skills to cover all aspects of facilities maintenance (Electrical, construction, plumbing, carpentry)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety to impliment and maintain standards
- Quality control of Fire and Emergency procedures
- Customer care to ensure guest experience is kept at the forefront.
- Licensing laws knowledge
- Ability to develop and impliment a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Awareness of management practices and procedures
- Developing and training of staff
- Self Motivated, physically very fit with the ability to work flexible hours
- RSA ID and valid Drivers License ESSENTIAL
