Barman/Waiter - Luxury Lodge - Greater Kruger
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Barman/Waiter for a prestigious luxury game reserve located in the breathtaking Greater Kruger. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in an exclusive safari environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career in a dynamic setting.
Position Overview: This is a live-in position, offering a competitive salary package, inclusive of all meals while on duty, a full uniform, laundry services, and 15 days of annual leave. The work cycle follows a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, providing a balanced work-life rhythm.

Qualifications (all must be valid):
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- South African Citizenship.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Mature and Responsible: Capable of handling the demands of working in a remote, high-pressure environment.
- Friendly and Approachable: Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive individual with a strong work ethic who is focused on achieving high standards.
- Team Player: Must be adaptable, willing to take the initiative, and able to work seamlessly within a team.
- Trustworthy: The role requires someone dependable, with integrity, who can be trusted in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Neat & Presentable: A professional appearance is essential when interacting with guests in a luxury environment.
- Fluent in English: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to assist guests with limited language ability.
- Sober Habits: Professional behavior and composure are required at all times.
