- Maintain budget control and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Stock control and regular stock takes.
- Ensure correct allocation of expenditures.
- Oversee housekeeping and front office departments in collaboration with the HOD.
- Ensure the lodge maintains required aesthetic standards.
- Maintain cost controls as per standards.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Support menu planning and cost control.
- Mature, responsible, and well-spoken.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Positive team player with a hands-on approach.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent guest interaction abilities.
- Passionate about personal growth and training.
- Sober habits, NO DRUG USE.
