Job Description
To analyse, assess and pay valid funeral claims within 48 hours from the time the last document is received. To detect fraudulent activities on funeral claims. Understand SBIS’s goals and objectives and strive to achieve them. Maintaining an effective diary to ensure that overdue claims are given priority within stipulated timeframes thus enabling effective customer service delivery. To ensure favourable NPS score of >80% by consistently promoting quality interactions with customers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12
Must be FAIS compliant.
Must have RE5.
Must be computer literate.
Insurance Institute or insurance qualification
Experience Required
Claims processing experience preferably in the Long-Term Insurance Category
Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a claim’s environment.
