Job Description

To develop and drive Transaction product strategy aligned to SBG strategy, simplify delivery and ensure market leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management and enhancement. To manage product P&L performance to support Product and Relationship Banking in achievement of our strategy to outperform. The role is accountable for the end-to-end product management and product performance.

Qualifications
Post-graduate degree Specializing in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics

Experience Required

Additional Previous banking experience preferably in a product management role
Experience in product development and management
Excellent understanding of how to commercialise a product and mobilise front line teams to ensure the performance of the product.
Project management experience
A thorough working knowledge of a Transactional Banking environment with good exposure to Transactional products (deposits, lending and some domestic issuance product knowledge) and the value chain Experience in client facing sales / solution environments. Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients
