Area Manager | Sneaker Factory | Eastern Cape
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving turnover
- Controlling expenses
- Controlling stock losses
- Managing, developing and motivating staff
- Training and recruiting staff
- Managing merchandise
- Focusing on customer service Managing in-store administration and security checks
Qualifications and Experience:
- A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience. Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)
