- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a law firm dealing with Commercial and Tax matters relating to commercial tax structure and establishing of the aforesaid
- Provide legal advice to clients on commercial tax structure structures
- Contract drafting
- Consulting with clients
- Assisting Directors and para-legal secretaries
