Mahowa Inc Attorneys ( MINC) is currently embarking on a process to fill vacant position in their Polokwane Office.
Educational requirements
1. LLB degree
2. Be an admitted attorney
3. Must have attended a practical legal training
4. Registered with law society (be in good standing with the law society).
Experience in, inter alia;
1. Civil court litigations (lower and higher court)
2. Personal injury claims (RAF matters)
3. Criminal court practice
4. Medical negligence claims
5. Unlawful arrests and detention claim against SAPS
Job Type: Full-time
