A leading employment law firm is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Candidate Attorney to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding legal support to our clients. As a Candidate Attorney specializing in employment law, you will work closely with senior attorneys to assist in various employment-related legal matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in employment law, including handling disputes, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in hearings and negotiations.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence related to employment matters.
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trials, including organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
- Attend court proceedings, arbitration sessions, and client meetings to provide support and representation as needed.
- Review and summarize case files, employment contracts, and company policies to advise clients on legal matters.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies to gather information, provide updates, and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and relevant legal precedents.
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification in law.
- Strong interest in employment law and workplace rights.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Commitment to ethical practices and professional development.
