Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quotation Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.


Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all the relevant Invitation to Tender are assigned to appointed team/departments.
• Attend meetings with the team to determine/align the key responsibilities in terms of the inputs and data.
• Clarify all the feedback/response received from tern as well as internal by reviewing all bid-related data.
• Review of enquiries and contract tenders.
• Collect supportive information/data from internal sources for inclusion in bid documents.
• Prepare and consolidate quotes and proposals following ITT guidelines, completing bid documents including pricing.
• As a main point contact person for client throughout the bidding process and beyond.
• Submit the bid clarification documents to pertinent personnel, and send the response to the client timely.
• Support Sales Team to key in the order entry and revisions into the appointed system.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant equivalent field of study.
• Min 3 years relevant working experience.
