Senior Coordinator, Ocean Freight Documentations
Job Description
Job Requirements
- Screening the LC swift and advise LC workability/ambiguous clause for LC amendment.
- Send request to Surveyor to prepare split Survey Reports based on Split B/L
- Receive Survey report (from Surveyor) & OBLS (from carrier).
- Send Survey report/OBL copy to customer to receive back up LOI. Sales should send the document copies to the customers.
- Confirmed LOI/s to be sent to Vessel Operators to facilitate Discharge of shipment at POD in lieu of OBL
- Prepares draft Documents as per L/Cs and confirmed Quantities
- Make COO from Chamber of Commerce Basis doc requirements
- Make draft LOI basis confirmed BL/back up LOI and share with customer process owners for approval.
- Collect Original BLs from the carrier.
- Obtain COO from COC, prepare CMI, PKL, SR, drafts etc.
- Arabic COO to be submitted for GCC shipments.
- Kuwait Certificate of origin to be submitted whenever required.
- Consolidate the Documents as per LC and Dispatch to the customer Nominated Bank/s to share the Non-Negotiable documents to CSR
- To follow up with Nominated Bank for clean document confirmation
- To follow up for courier AWB No to be shared with CSR
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any fields
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Available on short notice
