Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer-related inquiries and provide timely updates to clients within a specified time frame.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth processes related to clearance and transactions.
- Monitor and manage key accounts and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of flagged issues.
- Support backend operations for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
- Handle various administrative tasks and provide assistance for ad-hoc projects as required.
