Senior Research Officer / Research Coordinator Human Development, IHDP
The successful candidate will
Plan and coordinate the initiation of research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures.
Support research ethics board applications.
Plan, implement, and maintain data collection in accordance to research protocol.
Recruit, instruct, and coordinate research subjects and/or volunteers, as appropriate to specific study objectives and work scope.
Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.
Work with participants across a range of settings (e.g., hospital, university research lab), and hours (e.g., some weekends and evenings)
Support additional research and administrative duties (e.g., preparation of manuscripts for publication, conference presentations, purchases, grant reports)
Monitor the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
BSc degree in psychology, neuroscience, child development, biology or related fields.
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Team oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, good communication skills and able to multi-task.
