You will be a member of NParks Office Admin Team responsible for the digitisation programme as well as proper maintenance of records. You will also support the agency’s registry functions.

Preparation of records for digitisation

Conduct quality checks of digitised images

Conduct check and verification of files at digitisation vendor site
[What we are looking for]

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Good organisation and communication skills and attention to details

Effective team player, systematic, quick and resourceful
-
Relevant working experience would be useful
