- Employer is a one-stop company specializing in crane manufacturing and sales, hiring an Administrative Supervisor.
- Attend daily briefings with technical staff and respond via Whats App to share and learn.
- Enter and update data in different databases according to ISPL standards.
- Prepare service agreements, issue certificates, and maintain records.
- Follow up with clients after sending proposals and service agreements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Assist in providing quotes to clients if needed.
- Handle phone and email communications.
- Worker Requirements:
- 4-5 years of administrative supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Must hold a diploma in administration or business management and be fluent in English.
- Company Benefits: 14 days annual leave, public holidays off.

- Accommodation: In Singapore or commuting between Malaysia and Singapore
