Finance Manager
Position: Finance Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6:30 PM
Days Off: 8 days per month
Salary: SGD 6000-8000 (depending on experience)
Work Location: Tampines Station (East West Line EW2) | J6431

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure subsidiaries submit accounts on time.
2. Ensure submitted accounts comply with local accounting standards, group reporting requirements, tax regulations, laws, and requirements of the Singapore Exchange/Singapore Monetary Authority.
3. Execute headquarters internal control policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
4. Assist in preparing, overseeing, and analyzing management reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
5. Assist in auditing local and foreign subsidiaries’ tax returns.
6. Maintain communication with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, government agencies, and external parties. Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related fields.
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience.
3. Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
4. Strong ability to work under pressure, proficient in Office software.
5. Experience liaising with the Singapore Exchange on compliance and financial matters would be an advantage.
6. Benefits: Year-end 13th month salary.
