Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform Month-end closing activities for management reporting and statutory compliance.
Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Handle and process payments.
Quarterly GST submissions.
Coordinate with external auditors/tax agents/corporate secretary etc.
Ensure internal controls and policies are followed.
Support ad-hoc finance/accounting tasks when required.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting.
Min 1 – 2 years of experience in full sets of accounts (shipping experience would be an added advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point.
Must be Initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and in responsible manner.
Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
