Visual Impact Specialist
JASARA PMC is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Impact Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for providing visual impact training as part of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. The includes planning and implanting visual impact communications, inductions, and training to effectively communicate to site workers in multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Plan visual impact programs for immersive induction, topic specific training and communication events and conferences.
- To manage a team of people delivering visual impact training.
- Develop realistic scenarios for training.
- Utilize video and animated resources.
- Plan and build prompts and sets for conduction visual impact training.
- Work under general supervision of the Head of Training HSW. Ability to plan and manage a full range of visual impact solutions and make decisions to ensure delivery of training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivery visual impact training and other training of front-line workers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
